Seller's Description

Selling a Ram Promaster Camper Van. Just recently bought my replacement so I've lowered the price on this to try and encourage a sale. This has been my main residence for several years and I am bittersweet to put it on the market. That being said, it is time for me to put my roots down and stop traveling all the time. With only 180k miles and a 2014 model, it still has a whole lot of life left in it. This van is a perfect vehicle for full-time living or weekend warriors that want a built-out adventure machine. It boasts storage enough for skis, climbing gear, ice climbing gear, tents, big wall climbing equipment, and anything else you can think of. The van has been constructed with endless handcrafted woodworking. The centerpiece of the van is debatably either the beautiful live edge kitchen countertop or the ceiling panels with a stunning finish. The counters are made out of cherry. Kitchen: There is a deep and practical sink with running water from an easy-to-fill, yet hidden 15-gallon tank that holds enough water for long adventures. For cooking, there is a propane stove with two burners. There are two large eye-level cabinets for plentiful amounts of food. There is a window in the kitchen, with a pull-down blind. There is a refrigerator that runs off of the battery and has a freezer as well. There are also two fire extinguishers, one by the kitchen and one by the storage in the rear. Electric: Two solar panels are mounted on the roof for supply to the 100Ah lithium battery. The van also has the option for an external plug-in for power and the battery also charges off of the engine when in motion. The solar stores enough electricity to continuously run the refrigerator and heat. USB and USBC charging ports in multiple locations in the van. Heating: There is a propane heater, with a thermostat, situated comfortably next to the bed. The van is also very well insulated with professional foam sealant. There are two max air fans, the rear is a max air plus and the front is a max air deluxe which can easily be opened in the rain and has a setting to open and close according to the temperature. Sleeping space: Very comfortable lofted bed with ample storage space underneath the bed, and several clothing cabinets above the bed. Comfortable mattress. Bookshelf access from the bed. Lighting: Two built-in reading lights above the bed. Integrated adjustable/dimmable lighting in the ceiling and in the kitchen counter space. There is also lighting in the rear access storage area and also a floodlight that illuminates outside of the storage area, which makes it easy to organize equipment in the dark. There are black-out curtains, that make the van discreet for sleeping anywhere. Storage: Under the bed, there is a safe. There are many built-in drawers around the van with custom latches made out of rock climbing cam lobes. From the back of the van, there are many pull-out cabinets for any of your needs. There is also shoe storage. There is also a large storage area above the front seats Seating: two front-seat swivel chairs, and a large extending table that can be a workspace or extended counter space while cooking. There is a built-in seat next to the bed, that opens up for storage. Some nuanced features include a rock climbing hangboard above the sliding door, a mock climbing anchor above the door, and plenty of hooks for jackets, towels, or other hangable items. Van: The van is a 136" wheelbase hitop 2014 Ram Promaster and gets around 15 mpg. It has a 2" hitch on the back. I recently upgraded several parts of the van, including new tires, a more reliable transmission (with a transferrable warranty), a new starter, and a new driver's side CV joint, and has had regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly.
