This van has been an amazing addition to our family (and cared for like a family member) since we bought it new in June, 2016. It was difficult to decide on a build out as we fully enjoy the ocean and mountains, camping and road trips, but we also needed some utility. With 2 young kids we often needed to chauffeur their crew(s) around and we also do a few business trade shows a year - so needed something with both some passenger and cargo capacity. We planned this van out to handle all of the above. In May, 2020 we ordered a new van / build out to accommodate the changes in our lifestyle (kids in college, etc) and it's finally ready - so time to sell this one. We'll miss it much and the memories fondly. When camping, the van is set up to sleep 4 comfortably, in a nice environment. With seatbelts for 6, carpeted floor, electric cooler / freezer, power pack / electric 110 inverter and plenty of space, this is our day to day configuration. Details / amenities are listed below. On carpool days, birthday parties or a group outing, the carpeted floor is removed easily to accommodate a 3 seatbelt Mercedes factory seat that seamlessly snaps into place for an additional 3 (shoulder) seatbelts - for a total of 9 seatbelts (7 shoulder and 2 lap). If doing a trade show or helping a friend haul a foosball table, the passenger cabin can be virtually emptied. Additionally, 2/3 of the storage compartments in the back are very easily removed, creating a ton of cargo space. This van is seriously ready for anything. Details / Amenities: * 4x4 : High and Low.
