Seller's Description
Selling my camper van. I converted it myself in 2020 and have mostly used it on ski trips. I don’t use it as much as I’d like, so it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. The van has 175k miles, and is in great shape mechanically. The body is typical of a ~30 year old vehicle. Many upgrades/amenities listed below. Electrical system- The van is equipped with a 200w panel, 50 amp solar/dc to dc charger, and 240 amp hour rv battery bank. The panel charges both the rv battery and the starter battery. The appliances/lights/water pump do not drain the starter battery. The rv battery does charge from the van running. 12v electric powers usb outlets, lights, furnace blower, water. 110v plug goes to battery charger/maintainer for use in a park. Insulation- This van is built for winter use, and is very well insulated. 1” foam board hides under the bungalow style ceiling covering, while 1.5” board hides beneath the stained/polyurethaned wood floor. The vans walls are filled with spray foam where double ply, and covered with reflectix where single ply. Thermal blackout curtains separate the cab, and reflectix for the rear windows is easily taken in and out. Propane/heat- Dual tank system with 20 and 30 lb tanks. Propane tanks and auto-changeover regulator hide in a dedicated vented compartment. 19k BTU Suburban RV furnace is robust for the space and keeps everything plenty warm. Ducts run to the water tank and to the foot of the bed by the rear doors, as well as a duct below the sink, and hookups for drying ski boots on the side of the bed (functions as another vent when boot tubes aren’t hooked up). Water- Hot and cold water supplied to both the sink and the outdoor shower in the rear, via a 28 gal fresh tank, 6 gal Suburban RV propane with 110v element water heater, and 12v shurflo pump. Sink is set up to drain into a 5 gal bucket for easy disposal. Build- I prioritized bed space over floor space in this build, however there is plenty of floor space by the side double doors for an inflatable boat, ski gear, bicycle, etc. There is a stained top to the propane box and to the electrical area, and a coat hanger rack. Very minimal. Great for a couple plus dog, only 2 seats/seatbelts for driving so best for 2 people only. Other amenities- Thermostatically controlled max air deluxe, opens and closes automatically. Moves a ton of air. Single burner stove great for small meals, coffee, etc, and is part of the sink and very easy to clean. 3 way fridge installed by rv technician. Has roof rack cross bars.
