It parks in one parking spot and is UNDER the size limits for overnight parking in some of the strict neighborhoods. It also is under the length limits for some of the tighter National Park roads and most parking lots - Under 10 feet high, width of a standard truck. Remember this is a Van not an RV, it saves you money in campgrounds too when you can pay for a camping spot and not the expensive spots with hookups. We lived out of this thing for a few years, drove it across the country a few times and have looked after it extremely well. It looks new and we kept it clean all the time so we were never moved along when stealth camping. We slept in busy cities and out in the wilderness! Honestly we’ve saved tens of thousands of dollars on rent over the last few years.
