Was very well maintained and has records since then. Very mechanically sound with minimal rust, except for some cosmetic issues and small amounts of body rust. Features and Amenities: Includes a 285 Wp solar panel, a maxxfan roof vent, a wall mounted heater (van must be plugged in for the heater to run) and a smaller wall mounted TV with roughly 40 downloaded movies. Also comes with two manuals; one for the van and one with all of the information that was added after market included in the build. The build includes available space for nearly 20 gallons of water storage, along with a water pump, sink and built in sink plumbing. An after market navigation device and back up camera was also installed. Also comes with a new memory foam mattress if the buyer wants it. Will throw in extra camping gear such as a metal roll up table, wood roll up table, a screen tent, cabana for the side door and two small tripod chairs.
