Hello Future Van Lifers, my husband and I purchased this 2015 Ford Transit 250 High Roof Long Wheelbase Cargo van with dreams of exploring the world. Hopefully we will someday but due to the recent adoption of our baby girl we will have to put it on hold and need to sell ASAP. This is a partially converted van that we are selling with most of what you need to finish the build. We purchased the van with over 300k miles on the dash and had it shipped to California. The van was then fitted with a Brand new Factory Engine install (3.5 - gas turbo)along with a Brand New Factory Transmission (Heavy Duty) All of the paperwork and receipts are in hand and on file. There is less than 2,000 miles of use on the pair and it is still the break in phase of the engine We have receipts and warranty documents we can send for those seriously inquiring. We are motivated to sell. We have a host of appliances and van elements related to heating, cooling , refrigeration and water storage that will be part of the sale of this vehicle. I will essentially give you everything that Ive purchased for this van but haven’t been able to build out yet. This includes side steps, side view mirror with signal and power and many other features that I can send you in an email if you wish. We have all of the elements required to complete each phase of the remaining build aside from plumbing and finishing trim or accessories. (Solar/Ventilation/Heating/Refrigeration/Wiring/Flooring/Paneling etc.) Feel free to see the van and have a mechanic run a diagnostic if you wish. As mentioned, all of our paperwork and repair history is in hand to verify the new engine, transmission and countless other parts, enhancements and services that were performed since purchasing the van. This could be the perfect project for you if you want to save time and money… I’m aware of how expensive this could be and I’m basically willing to break even.
