I am selling my partially converted Nissan NV camper van! I purchase this van in December 2017 and have done multiple different builds throughout that time. I lived in it full time for the first few years but now that I am in an apartment I have decided to pass it on for someone else to enjoy. Recently I took out the build so the van is down to the basics and ready for your personalized build! About the Van: - V6-3954 4.0L - Two previous owners before me -216,352 miles -Brand new car battery - Consistently provided 5,000 mile synthetic oil changes - 17 miles MPG - Engine runs great About the Build: - One 200 W solar panel on the roof ran to the 1500 Watt pure sine inverter and battery under the drivers seat. (Solar panel and charge controller Renogy brand and inverter is Schumacher brand). - Max Air ceiling fan with remote - 12 volt and USB outlets - 3M Thinsulate insulation in walls and ceiling - Floor, walls and ceiling are all completely finished with a cabin feel with partial wall between driving cab and back. Known Issues: - The a.c./heater is a little temperamental and will make noise sometimes but lately it has been working fine. - I recently patched a hole in the roof from a when I had a cubic mini fire place set up. It is completely sealed now though. - Battery operated puck lights in the ceiling have died and would just need to be replaced. Extras: - Dometic fridge/freezer ($1,100 value) - Thetford 135 porta potty - Fire extinguisher - Mr. Buddy Portable Radiant heater - cubic mini fireplace can be included if you’re interested for +$500 This van will be great for anyone wanting to get into van life.
