I am selling my fully converted Nissan NV! I purchased this van in August of 2020 when I was furloughed from my job and self converted it into a home. I lived full time with my dog in this van for all of 2021 and absolutely loved it! Now that I am back at work full time I don’t get to enjoy my van like I would like to so I’m hoping to sell it to someone looking for a new adventure! About the van: - V6-3954 4.0L - Only one previous owner before me - 224,000 miles - I completely redid the brakes in March of 2021 ( all new rotors, pads and calipers) - Kept up with routine oil changes - Gets about 17 mpg - has cruise control - This engine runs beautifully The build: - Two 100 watt solar panels on roof ran to the 1000 Watt pure sine inverter and two 100 amp hour batteries (all Renogy brand) - I also ran an isolator from the batteries to the van battery so if the sun doesn’t come out to charge the panels, the car battery will charge them while the vehicle is turned on - 12 V water pump running to the sink with two 7 gallon water tanks (one fresh water, one grey water) - 6 LED dimmer lights in ceiling - Ceiling fan with 3 speed settings - Full size bed: memory foam mattress was cut down by 3 inches to fit width wise in the van (I would only recommend sleeping 2 in the bed if they’re both shorter than 5’6”. I am 5’2” and fit comfortably with my husky. If taller than 5’6” the bed only could fit one sleeping diagonally. - 3M Thinsulate insulation in walls, spray insulation in ceiling and 1 inch rigid foam board insulation in floor. Extras: - Therford 135 porta potty that is stored in the stool seat. - 110 V Mini Fridge - Coleman two burner camping stove - fingerprint opening safe bolted into the floor of the van for safe keeping of important items (have original instructions to reset fingerprint to your own) - full size crank awning attached to the van that opens over the sliding door Known Issues: - cracked windshield - wall paneling on the inside of sliding door came off recently - there is rust damage on the front of the van and on the awning. If it rains hard water will drip through the top corner of the windshield. - I was recently hit in my parking lot by another vehicle unfortunately so now there is damage to the back left corner. This didn’t damage anything but the exterior so it doesn’t affect how the van runs or functions, its just not as pretty. This van is great for anyone wanting to try out vanlife! It’s ready to move in and live in right now! I’m looking for $23,000 OBO. If I forgot anything or you have any more questions let me know!
