More photos just added! Fred the Van is looking for his next owner. He is a 2013 Ford e250 with the 4.6 liter V8 engine and 167,500 miles. I average 16-18 mpg. He has been a versatile, stealthy camper for me since May 2018. I am his second owner. It's a minimal, versatile build. It takes five minutes to disassemble the bed for a wide open cargo space--so well suited to be a multi-purpose work/cargo/camper van. Or, have a clean slate to do your own more permanent build.  One pop-out side window. Factory installed wall covering and headliner (ceiling) moderates the temperature without the mold risk associated with condensation and insulation. I have slept in it from 7 degrees to 100 degrees.   September 2022 passed the stringent VT inspection. No mechanical issues to my knowledge. Recent maintenance includes new brakes, transmission fluid change, rustproofing, new alternator, new serpentine belt. There are 4 keys and one fob. The keys are only one or two dollars to copy at the hardware store. Visually, the van is in good, but not excellent condition. Some buyers might be inclined to spend money/time to fix imperfections, but Fred is a good looking vehicle exactly as he is. Free Carfax report and original window sticker available by request.
