Seller's Description
Welcome home! I have been blessed to call this custom-built van my home for the past year. It is with a heavy heart that I am passing it on as I start a new adventure. This van was built by the previous owners to accommodate full-time van life or weekend warrior adventures (it is very lightly used - 33,000 miles). You can live completely off the grid or navigate easily through cities! This van was built with non-toxic materials (havelock wool insulation, marmoleum flooring, low VOC paint and Green Building Supply stains and finishes). The previous owners were very intentional with the materials they used because they wanted this tiny space to be as healthy as possible for its inhabitants. This van has a high roof! Lots of head room. The medium body allows for easy maneuvering and can fit in standard parking spots. Here's all that's included with your purchase of this van: -two 325W 60 Cell Mono Module Solar Panels -Maxxair fan -Propex propane heater -30 gallon water tank -two burner propane stove -passenger swivel seat -Havelock wool insulation -sheet marmoleum flooring -Kilmat sound deadener (keeps the road noise down) -two person bench seat (huge drawer underneath!) -full size mattress (72"x54") -Home of Wool bench cushion with linen cover -large kitchen sink -Airhead composting toilet -shower pan and shower nozzle -large garage space under the bed -fire and carbon monoxide detector -fire extinguisher -large closet space above bed -organizing containers for closet space ($300 value) -three 100 amp hour lithium ion batteries -Shore Power outlet -water pump -DC refrigerator -custom sized curtains -mosquito netting -dimmable lighting (overhead and under kitchen upper cabinet) -large headliner shelf storage -open shelf space for plants, books, decor etc. -built in wall storage space -control panel hidden behind cute door above stove -magnetic spice containers -magnetic strips for knives, plates, bowels ... etc -two AC outlets -two USB ports -Van Made Gear window covers ($1,000 value) -cedar ceiling (smells amazing!) The van has a back up camera and is RWD. Although the key fobs don't work (the buttons), the keys work (you just have to open everything manually). The tire pressure light and information light have been on since the van was converted by the previous owners, however I have had no issues with the tire pressure. I took the van into a Ford dealership to check out the key fobs and the tire/information lights. They said that there is one sensor that controls both of those (and the automatic windshield wipers) and that it's behind the storage space built above the driver and passenger seat (picture 5). I have the quote to fix it, but since it's never been an issue, I just use the keys manually and check the tire pressure every so often.
