Hello! Up for sale is our beloved 1976 camper van AKA Serenity :) We’ve never had issues or been stranded. It has had lots of maintenance logged over the past 6ish years, and i’ve done regular oil changes. Looking to sell quick in order to pay medical debt. The only issue is the hot water heater, i replaced the anode rod a couple weeks ago, but if the valve allowing water to flow through it is on, the water pump never turns off so i believe there is a crack or leak in the heater’s tank. With the valve off, everything else works normally. An electric tankless water heater would be a cheap replacement and huge upgrade over the current gas unit!
