A solenoid controlled from the kitchen area allows propane to flow to the necessary appliances when energized. If the van’s house system loses power, the solenoid shuts as it defaults to a closed state. Propane is used to power the propex furnace, water heater, and stove/oven. Most of our power and water system components are easily accessible via the garage, so that you as the new owner know exactly what you have onboard
