One year old professional build on a 2016 Ford Transit high roof that is in excellent mechanical condition. Can go fully off the grid with this van. Has central heat and air, hot water heater, water pump, outdoor shower with hot water, wall refrigerator with freezer, wall microwave, bed can be two small beds or one large bed, small dinette with table and two seats, cupboard and cabinet storage, slide out for potty. Typical RV 30 amp service, which can run from a wall plug or generator as well. It also has a lithium battery with inverter that will run refrigerator, lights, and outlets for 2-3 days without a recharge. All electrical cords/adapters are included. It has a water hookup for RV camping and also a water tank with plumbing to the kitchen sink and outdoor shower. Under the kitchen sink is two 2.5 gray water jugs.
