Professionally converted, spray foam insulation, wood paneling, dimmable LED lights, ample drawers and cabinets, sink with two 7 gal water tanks beneath (1 for water, 1 for gray water), 2 solar panels, 1 Lithium battery. Has refrigerator, roof fan with remote, bench seat with storage (I keep the porta potty here), tow hitch. Cargo area has operable windows with screens on opposite sides, providing good cross ventilation. Converted standing height is approx 6'1" in cargo area, van length slightly less than 20 ft overall. Towing capacity 5100 lbs. FWD. Has cruise control (1500 Promaster does not), important for those long trips. No pets. No accidents; clear title; well maintained. No mechanical issues. Passed state inspection Oct 31, 2022 without any issues. Cabin area has heat, AC but cargo area does not. Professional conversion was done by Dave and Matt Vans, Colorado.
