I spent a wonderful summer doing the van life thing before life/work circumstances led me back to stationary living. My Dad (a carpenter/woodworker) did most of this build for me. The van is fully functional and ready to live in. The solar, electrical, and plumbing are all working. The solar is plenty to power the very nice DC fridge, the lights, water pump, and device charging. The shelf area was originally going to be a shower. The shower plumbing is done, but we just made it into some makeshift shelves due to time constraints. Due to time constraints during the build, there are some aesthetic things that a buyer may want to spruce up; mostly just painting and making the shelves nicer, or turning them into a shower as originally intended. I also purchased two very nice 23"x 8" bunk windows for the bed area that slide open (from Van Windows Direct). We intended to install these later, but didn't get around to it.
