Designed for everyday use as well as camping. Bunks allow 12 foot floor length for hauling and 4x8 sheets, top bunk folds down into a couch. Additional bolt in seats for legal seating of 5. Passenger seat swivels for dinette. 16K BYU furnace installed with 20# underbody propane tank, 10 speed remote reversible fan. Van started as a 9000 GVW transit with the up-fitter package, dual batteries. Windows and 5 passenger certification by Waldock conversions. Added heated long arm mirrors, trac-loc rear differential, black grill. Added CP exhaust manifolds to fix 3.5 manifold issues and increase MPG. Cam chains, sprockets, tensioners, phasers replaced at the same time 5,000 miles ago. Interior is mostly insulated and functional, multiple winter and summer weekend and overnight trips. We just don't use it as expected and I don't have time to complete the conversion. See the pictures for completion level. I do have plenty of extra lambs wool insulation, cloth, stain, wood in addition to the 10 gallon water tank, 12 vdc pump, 7 gallon underbody air tank (bike tires, shower) and 12 vdc air pump, roof mounted solar shower. Comes with fresh oil change and tire rotation.
