This 2022 Promaster was professionally converted by Carolina Van Builders in Boone, North Carolina in the summer of 2022. Insulated with 4”+ of Havelock wool insulation in the walls, 2.5” in the ceiling, insulated radiant heated floor and a Webasto Evo40 heater, you will have no trouble keeping warm in the winter. For the warmer months, this van is equipped with a Fresair rooftop AC which can be run off of the batteries. This is truly a 4 seasons van. The build has a top of the line electrical system that includes: • 400 Ah Battleborn lithium battery bank • Victron Multiplus 3000 inverter/ charger • Victron 30 amp Orion B2B charger • Victron BMV-712 battery monitor w/ Bluetooth • Bluetooth monitoring for all Victron components • 3” recess lighting- Zone 1: ceiling, Zone 2: overhead cabinets. Each zone on individual dimmer switches • 120v outlets w/ USB ports throughout • Assembled electrical panel over wheel well in garage As well as a solar system that includes: • 345 watt Mission (made in USA) solar panel • Victron SmartSolar 100/30 charge controller w/ Bluetooth Seating: The seating are by the door has two benches with a lagun table between. The benches both have hinged tops that offer tons of storage space. The top of the table also hinges, providing even more storage within. The whole table can be collapsed down to fit between the two benches, creating a larger seating area or small bed. The passenger seat in the cab has a Scopema seat swivel as well. Kitchen: The kitchen includes a large Nova Kool R3100 3.1 cubic ft. fridge, acacia countertops, stainless sink and Duxtop cooktop (not shown but included). The window behind the counter provides tons of natural light to accompany the overhead lighting above. The soft close drawers, under sink cabinet space, and overhead storage offer plenty of space for your kitchen items. All of the cabinets are made in house with domestic, formaldehyde free maple plywood and poplar, and are painted with Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. Plumbing: this van has a 30 gallon fresh water tank located in the garage and a 14 gallon grey tank mounted underneath the van and a Garnet tank monitoring system with a wall mounted readout by the sink. A Bosch 4 gallon water heater provides hot water to the sink and shower. The sink has a single stage carbon filter for drinking water as well. The shower is equipped with a Nautilus sliding shower door and houses a Laveo dry flush toilet. Garage/ bed: the garage houses the electrical panel and water tank as well as a large, 60” deep luggage slide out 500 lb drawer slides. The bed measures ~53” wide x 78” long and fits snug between two wall recesses that allow for maximum length. The mattress sits on slats and removable cross member supports. Roof: the roof houses the Maxxair 7500K vent fan, 345 watt Mission solar panel, Fresair AC unit, roof rack, Fiamma awning, cargo box, and Thule 4 rod box (for flyfishing rods). A giant 55” light bar is located on the front of the rack, with smaller light bars on the sides and back that are switched from the drivers seat of the van.
