Seller's Description

The good: Clean Title Lots of repairs and replacements over the past few years. Still have most of the paperwork. All tires replaced twice in past 2 years. Brakes and drums. Coolant system work. A/C /Hear work well. Hitch installed. Comes with an Iceco khaki (600$new) fridge/freezer/cooler. Not installed carplay video screen with Bluetooth, and backup camera still in the box. (300$ new) Maxxair fan with remote, and cover. (500$ New) Heated Geyser shower system (I think it cost 300’s new) Portable folding solar panel. 300 Jackery Powerstation Will include anything else I can find like extra coolant, small tools bits and bobs, windshield covers, rust oleum, headlight cleaner, similar etc. The drivers side window is tinted. Had a hole in floor with thick plastic tube to drain sink or whatever you might use it for. I also have a brand new in the box 1,000$ Mark 2 A/C but it is in my storage unit in the Bay Area. I’d be happy to figure out how to get it to the person that buys my home if they have family or friends the SF Bay Area or want to take a trip up there or I can bring it to San Diego as I visit SD once every two months usually and I have no use for it. I also have a cargo box that can carry up to 500lb in my storage unit that has never been used. Happy to figure out how to give as well. I have no use for these 2 items. The bad: Suspension issue. Not safe to drive due to suspension. I have only driven it a block or so every 72 hours in order to avoid a ticket or tow. No current registration as I did not pay it when the suspension went out in June as I lost my job when I could no longer drive my vehicle/home. No back window on R side. I put wood in its place. Does not look great cosmetically. 1 engine fan does not work. Does not prevent it from being driven. When the tires were replaced a few months ago all of the tire sensors worked, but when I got it back from the tire shop 2 no longer worked. I was told the batteries ran out, but they worked fine before the tires were replaced.
