This a custom built RV on a late 1999 F450 7.3L Powerstroke diesel. The build was started in 2020 and finished in 2022. It started life as a flatbed truck and 24' box that was notched and mounted to the frame of the truck. The truck: - 290,XXX miles on body (some Michigan rust) - Jasper reman engine (according to previous owner it was replaced around 200k. Jasper #981007) - Transmission was rebuilt around same time (according to previous owner. No paperwork) - Factory manual 4x4 (not Quigley or Ujoint) - 6 brand new tires (less than 4000 miles on them) - 1 spare tire - New alternator - New Warn locking hubs - EBPV delete - Blue spring kit - HP oil rail crossover line - New turbo up pipe gaskets - CCV delete - New rear brake hard lines - New rear brake rotors and pads - Rear and forward facing camera - Custom headliner - 102" mirrors - Pass through to box The box: - ~25' x 8.5' external measurements - 12' tall from ground to top of box (12.5' tall at vent) - Loft area is ~10ft long - Queen bed in loft - Dining area folds down into additional queen sized sleeping area - On demand hot water heater (propane) - 2 burner cooktop (propane) - Fridge/freezer (electric) - Microwave - Mini split with AC and heat pump (electric) - 42" TV - Completely insulated - Tiled shower/bathroom combo - Vent fan - Butcher block countertops - Apron farm sink - Cedar ceiling - 2000 watt inverter/converter - 100 Ah AGM battery - DC/DC charger for charging off truck alternator - Wiring in walls for solar panels (no panels installed however) - 25 gallon fresh water tank - 20 gallon gray water tank - 14 gallon black tank We have had this truck to Virginia and back as well as just returned from a trip to the UP.
