Seller's Description
I built this in 2019 for myself to live full-time vanlife, unfortunately covid lockdowns hit me hard and put a hinder on my original plans so I wasn’t able to fully complete the conversion. I lived in it full-time for the last 9 months in addition to all of 2020. I recently moved into an apartment complex that has a parking garage for residents and it doesn’t fit inside so I’m forced to give her up! :( 41,600 miles Floor Plan includes: - Swiveling passenger side seat - Slide out bike tray with two lockable fork mounts - Dometic Portable Toilet - Ikea Cabinetry with 3 large drawers and a silverware drawer as well as under sink cabinet for fresh/grey water containers. I reinforced them all with extra screws and adhesive to ensure longevity. - Maxxair fan positioned directly above the bed to help cool you off on hot summer nights. - Carbon Monoxide detector - Chinese Diesel Heater with 5 Gallon Tank and fuel gauge for easy monitoring - Full sized bed with mesh matt beneath to ensure breathability and prevent mold growth. - Overhead locking kitchen cabinet and cubby cabinet from Titan vans. - Deep chefs’ sink with drain to grey tank under sink cabinet. Includes cutting board and drying mat. - Pull-down matte black faucet with 5 gallon water tank below sink - Dimmable LED lighting throughout the cabin - Goal Zero Yeti 1400 rigged up to 2 Goal Zero 100W Boulder Solar panels mounted on the roof to keep it topped up on charge. - Goal Zero Rapid Charger - 12 V Breaker Panel mounted behind the Yeti to power lights/water pump/heater/fan/fridge - Dometic CFX-75DZWSE Special Edition Fridge/Freezer mounted on sliding aluminum rack (Building a bench over it was the original plan) - CNC cut wall and roof panels from Titan Vans - Foam Insulation throughout Floor, ceiling, and walls - Vinyl Flooring -Solar Shower - Magnetic Insulated Window Covers for windshield, side windows and rear windows - Additional USB Power ports by bed for phone/camera charging - Water pump and Filter for sink - Climbing Hang board mounted above sliding door - Sound insulation over rear wheel wells to reduce travel noise Other info: - Recently Detailed inside and out - No engine issues/lights and drives like a charm, still under 5 year warranty after I purchased from the dealership. - Damage on the driver's side rear bumper, has been in two separate accidents while the vehicle was stationary. Damage is all cosmetic and bumper runs about $1000 if you wanted to replace. - The Chinese diesel heater needs a new pump because I ran it overnight and it became compacted due to the tank running out of fuel. This is a $10 part and will require an afternoon of labor to change it out under the van. - The Maxxair fan fell victim to the dreaded condensation on the motherboard issue, you can either order a new motherboard and swap or a brand new fan but will not turn on as is. - Currently financed/insured and has registration and tags valid until September of 2023. - Title is held by the bank, we will use escrow.com as a third party to facilitate payment and transfer the title.
