I built this in 2019 for myself to live full-time vanlife, unfortunately covid lockdowns hit me hard and put a hinder on my original plans so I wasn’t able to fully complete the conversion. I lived in it full-time for the last 9 months in addition to all of 2020. Damage is all cosmetic and bumper runs about $1000 if you wanted to replace. - The Chinese diesel heater needs a new pump because I ran it overnight and it became compacted due to the tank running out of fuel. This is a $10 part and will require an afternoon of labor to change it out under the van. - The Maxxair fan fell victim to the dreaded condensation on the motherboard issue, you can either order a new motherboard and swap or a brand new fan but will not turn on as is. - Currently financed/insured and has registration and tags valid until September of 2023. - Title is held by the bank, we will use escrow.com as a third party to facilitate payment and transfer the title.
