Seller's Description
My girlfriend, our 2 dogs, and I have been living out of our van for 2 years now. We've decided we want to expand our family, so we're going to need some more space. We have had an amazing time with our van and now hope to pass it along to someone else to get as much joy out of it as we have. It has 420 watts of solar, 2 max air fans, a 300Ah lithium battery bank, with a 2000 watt inverter. You truly can run anything you want off the grid with this setup. If its been a few days of clouds, just take a drive to somewhere new and use the 40A battery to battery charger installed with a switch of a button behind the drivers seat. It is set up to be able to run a hot water heater, but we decided to take it out and use the storage space instead of the bulky unit. It has 3 separate lighting areas. 3 down the main area. 3 in the kitchen area in the cut outs/kitchen area, and an LED strip running along the drivers side wall. All 3 areas are dimmable with warm lighting, as to not hurt your eyes and have a more welcoming feel. Lots of counter space on hand designed Osage wood, with epoxy rivers, which were costume made. No one is going to ever have the same counter tops as you. It also has an adjustable counter next to the sliding door. Use it as extra counter space or drop it down to use as a desk with the swivel passenger seat. If you have any 4 legged friends, it also has a space for them to use as their room. Our bigger dog loved that area and would spend a lot of his time in there. 32" flat screen TV, that you can also drop down and swing so you can watch TV from outside as well. Or if you really want a big screen outside, add a projector and use the battery bank to your advantage, as you're not running out of power quickly in this rig. The sliding door also has an outdoor table that drops down to use as counter space when you're outside. It locks into place when you're driving or not using it. We also have a larger chest style fridge/freezer under the counters on a slide out. We use a cassette style toilet which slides from under the counter as well with a shelf for your toiletries. Running water with an outside shower attachment. A deep basin sink to fit all your dishes, a with spacious cabinet space underneath. 30Gal fresh water tank, with 15Gal grey water under the van. Also comes with a water filter for drinking water, so you have a faucet for just doing dishes, and a faucet for the water filter. It also comes with a stove/oven combo. When you're not using the stove, the counter top drops down to give you extra counter space. Using the stove is as easy as lifting it up and letting the gas struts hold it up for you. Tons of storage space in the seating bench, extra cabinets under the oven and sink, with drawers above the fridge and bathroom area. It also has ceiling cabinets above both counters. The garage also holds a ton of space, and in the dog room it has space to put shoes or whatever you like under the platform there. It also has a double bookshelf in one of the nooks, with smaller shelves for remotes and smaller things in the kitchen nooks. Lastly, above the cab has a big storage area. Not an inch was wasted in this build. Beefing A/T tires. I also installed a tow hitch that I added a cargo hitch on just to be able to carry some inflatable boats and kayaks on for easy access. All windows are also tinted 20% to help with keeping the heat out. All windows have custom made window coverings with reflectix that really help keep the heat and cold out. The sliding door has a cork board to be able to pin anything you please, we use it to pin pictures of friends we've made along the road. It also has a diesel heater installed which keeps the van nice and toasty even in below freezing temps. Every area that could have insulation has some. Behind the walls, inside the doors, under the vinyl flooring and garage, and in the ceiling. You're keeping all the heat inside the van on those cold nights. There is also 4, 110 outlets through out the van so you always have a place to plug things in. It also has 3, 12V cigarette outlets, and 3 sets out USB chargers and a USB-C charger. You never have to worry about your electronics dying or being without power. The wall that keeps the electronical components separate has a removeable wall so you can easily access anything in there if you ever need to. It also has 2 small doors that open incase you blow a small 12V fuse, or need to shut the battery down instantly. There is so much to this van that really optimizes the use of the small space. Its perfect for weekend getaways, or full timing like we have for the last 2 years. We would love for you to see it and be able to make your own memories.
