Engine is in great shape and the van runs smooth; there have been over $20k in upgrades including: 800lb capacity folding ramp, 9-ft awning, 2-100 watt solar panels, inverter, interior lighting, heater and A/C unit, 2 direction ceiling fan, back up camera, insulation and adjustable suspension. What needs work: Rust damage around the windshield is the biggest problem, though not nearly the worst I've seen, and wiring for A/C, heater, rear camera and awning are suspect (for example: the awning only works if you are drawing power from the outlet in back) The exterior side door handle is broken off, cap on the end of the awning missing, chip out of rear light and needs new batteries. The windshield is currently installed; however some water seeps in through the top and has stained the ceiling. This van has a "rebuilt from salvage" title due to an insurance claim related to a break in and stolen film equipment from a previous owner; the van is mechanically sound. Title in hand.
