Seller's Description

This is a 2010 Chevy Express 2500 RWD. It has a brand new radiator and rotors (both changes in the past 2 months) and a fresh oil change. There is also some slight rusting around the base of the vehicle (photos shown) and the tire sensor is out in one of the front tires. Otherwise, this van continues to run strong and I have a full spare tire kit and tire under the van. About my build. I have 3 drawers in the kitchen area all 20.5inLx15 3/4inW with varying heights. There is also a mini fridge that runs off 12 volts. Across from that is a sink that uses a foot pump and a very basic water system. I will be cleaning out under the sink, so you would need to repurchase the 'plumbing' pieces (all pretty cheap) and very simple to set up if you choose to keep the same system. The back portion of the van is the bed. The bed measurements are 54inWx68.5inL. I currently have a memory foam mattress and if you'd like to keep that you can. Under the bed is the majority of storage. Accessible from the inside of the van is a large pull-out drawer (25inLx 24.5W). Then from the back are two more large pullout drawers. The electrical system is also stored under the bed and there is one more storage space that is only accessible by moving the mattress. Van is powered by 2x100 Renogy 100 watt solar panels, a 20a Rover MPPT charge controller, a Renogy 2000w power inverter, 2x100Ah Universal Power Group AGM deep cycle batteries, and protected by fuses in between the panels, solar controller, power inverter, and roof fan, the 12v lights and the USB power outlets. There is a 12volt power strip next to the bed, along with 2 USB/Car charger ports above the counter. There are also 8 LED lights that run along the ceiling. I have also installed a Maxxair 00-05100K fan. This is all connected through the inverter and powered by the solar panels and the 12 volt batteries.
