Semi-built 2020 Ford Transit 250 High Roof Extended Length

This is a gently used 2020 Ford Transit 250 High Roof Extended Length cargo van. We started this build with the intention of living in it full time. However, I came upon deployment orders and will be gone for a year. The design we had in mind would house two adults and two small children. The flooring is unfinished (due to our intended design) but can easily be completed by removing bamboo panels, installing subfloor with plywood (included), and installing flooring with authentic hardwood bamboo planks (included). There are two Maxxair fans installed. **The design is intended to have: - Composting toilet behind the driver’s seat - Hidden/in-floor shower pan (extending from in front the toilet to behind the passenger seat) - Horizontal pull out queen bed in the rear - “L-shaped” couch in front of the bed which can serve as a hangout/workspace and sleep 2 small children comfortably - 2 seat belts installed on the “L-shaped” couch - 5.25 ft of kitchen/prep area with a 15x17” sink, and stove/oven - 7.4 cft refrigerator near the doorway **Purchase of the van also includes: - Unused roll of 3M Thinsulate™ Acoustic/Thermal Insulation SM600L (30' x 60") - 3 sheets of 3/4 inch plywood (4’ x 8’) - 1 gal Kilz mold and mildew paint - 4 IKEA Skorva Center support beam (for pull out queen bed) - 2 tubes of lap sealant - Supplies to build the toilet - Padded toilet seat - 1 box of hardwood bamboo flooring - A few other items :) The van has a *rebuilt title* and is in great mechanical working condition. There wasn’t (and currently isn’t) any engine or transmission damage or knocking. The van has been driven from Miami, FL to Nashville, TN (15 hr drive) without any issues.
