Seller's Description

I bought this van last year expecting to move into it at the end of my lease. Plans changed and I now live with my boyfriend in a rental and this is just sitting, so it’s time to give it to a new owner who will take it on some adventures! 10,500 OBO. Please only message if you’re really interested and want to test drive. To test drive please come with a cashier’s check / cash. More deets below! This van is from 1975 but the first owners kept it in a garage for its whole life, so it only has 65k miles. The bottom of the van is powder coated and has ZERO RUST. It’s easy and fun to drive, and when I took it to the mechanics a few weeks back they raved about it’s condition (I’m not kidding!) The best part about this is that you can stand up. I’m 5’10’’ and have plenty of room above my head. I did not do any of the build out, except fixing a few things that were oddly placed. Here is what the previous owner built: A full bed inside, tons of storage. The stove is propane with two bottles, one underneath and one on the back of the van. The sink is powered with an electric pump. Flip up table next to sink to add more counter space. Wood flooring and walls with lots of insulation to stay warm. One tap lights throughout the van. Comes with a swivel seat if you’d like to install it. Here are the professional updates that have happened to this thing in the last two years: Previous owner: - New fuel hoses - New alternator - New fuel pump - New sound system and speakers - New seatbelt installation - New battery The van passed an emissions test last year, and I can show you the latest mechanic inspection from a few weeks ago. It literally only needs some fluids replaced.
