Seller's Description
2012 Chevy Express 2500 cargo van converted to camper van. In great condition, only 67,600 miles and ready to take on the road tomorrow! Before I owned the vehicle, it was a government owned fleet vehicle so it's always been very well maintained. I haven't had any issues in the 3 years I've owned it. Traveled cross country for 2 months when I first built it, since then hasn’t been driven a ton - just weekend trips here and there. I just put new tires on (less than 500 miles on them). Brand new car battery installed at the beginning of this year. Fresh oil change done within the past couple weeks. The service airbag dashboard light is on, it's been on since I bought the van. Not sure if there's actually something wrong with the airbag or if it's just a malfunction. $22,000 (negotiable) -- cash only. The buildout: This van has the pop up side windows in the back (not really sure what they're called but see pics for reference). Hard to find vans with these and they're amazing for camping. I put in screen coverings so you can keep the bugs out when you have them open. Solar/Battery System: Two 100 Watt Renogy solar panels and 40A Rover MPPT Charge Controller. The solar panels charge two Vmaxtanks SLR125 AGM 12V 125ah Batteries. Also have these batteries hooked up to the car battery so they charge when the car is running - Keyline Iso-Pro 140 smart battery isolator controls the flow of charge from the car battery so it will not pull power from the car battery unless it's properly charged. Also, have a cutoff switch to shut off the electrical system if needed and all components powered by the batteries are hooked up to the fuse box. Bed/Couch: Single bed/couch (a little over 6ft long) with a removable piece that can be added to sleep two. My girlfriend and I sleep comfortably. Medium-firm foam mattress, very comfortable. Fridge: Dometic CFX 50W 12v Electric Powered Portable Cooler, Fridge/Freezer. You will fall in love with this fridge lol. Fridge is on a slide out that's on wheels so it's tucked out of the way but easy to access any time. Power Outlets: 2 USB Plugs and an Auxiliary outlet. Inverter with 2 standard outlets (Xantrex Technology Inc, 49PWR-CL 806-1210 Inverter Prowatt Sw 1000). Sink/Water System: There is a sink in the van with a faucet that has running water operated by a foot pump. The water system is a 5 gallon water container to pull clean water from and a 3 gallon container where the dirty water can drain into. Lighting: 3 LED Puck Lights controlled by a dimmer switch. Fan: Maxxair 00-05100K MaxxFan Ventilation Fan Storage: Big shelving unit, tons of storage under the bed, cabinets under the sink with tons of room Other: Roof racks, Mr Buddy Portable Propane heater included
