Seller's Description
Practical and easily manoeuvrable camper. Maintained as well as one can for a 24yr old vehicle - purchased from private seller who worked on it meticulously, and I added some finishing touches for the time I’ve had it. Started out as a disability vehicle for a driver who did mostly highway miles. Approx 80k mi on motor, and 170k on chassis (Odometer). Currently living in van full-time and keeping it maintained. Fuel mileage is decent, around 15mpg on average. Insulation works well, and vent fan, sink, memory foam mattress, and storage are all practical (and necessary) comforts. My job circumstances are changing and need to sell (I’m a teacher). In the NYC area, Brooklyn - Williamsburg/Greenpoint neighbourhood, which is known for strong counter-culture and vanlifers. Good district, no damage to van as far as parking or theft. *about 5’9 internal height clearance; I’m 5’11 and can stand with my head down, with plenty of stretching room while sitting or kneeling.
