Just under a king size bed that folds in half as a convertible bed with 4in memory foam mattress (Slept in for less than a month). included are cabinets (not installed), sink with foot pump, water tank, compostable toilet (used one month), various building supplies including cedar ceiling (not installed), Sage green paint, battery controlled lighting, and a fridge (needs a new wire). Almost all ready to go! Tow hitch and chains for the tires are also included.
