Seller's Description

Dodge RAM ProMaster 2500, 159" wheel base, high-roof cargo van for sale Forward Wheel Drive, takes gasoline, clean title, CARFAX paid for and given upon request Just hit 60,000 miles this month Asking price, or best offer *Professionally paid for and constructed by Interstate Vans, LLC in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. Builder's contact info given upon sale for any important or emergency inquiries* *Will drive the van to you* I have done an excellent job keeping up with the under-the-hood maintenance every 5,000 miles, with consistent oil and filter changes, tire care and rotations, radiator flush and fill, brake fluid flush and fill, etc... I also just redid (i.e. sanded, painted/waterproofed) the water closet where the sink plumbing lives for the gray water tank. I have all the paperwork that I have ever received pertaining to the vehicle in a binder for reference. Brake master cylinder and brake power booster got replaced at ~46,000 miles in South Carolina. Honestly it is a very stealthy van, and very easy to drive. It can be a little cumbersome while turning when the water tank is completely full (typically about 1 gallon of water weighs about 10lbs, and it's a 29gallon tank..), other than that it accelerates and drives through gears with ease. Ω Electronics Information Ω - $20,000 VanLifeTech hydronic heated floor installment - biggest perk and selling point of this van, especially with all the insulation and wood. Holds heat extremely well (Hydronic means the system uses a liquid based heat transfer system to provide comfortable heat for the space and heating for your potable water. It works much like your car provides interior heating by circulating the coolant in your engines cooling system through your fan coil in order to heat the vehicle. Note that your antifreeze/coolant is toxic ethylene glycol. This VanLifeTech heating system uses a non-toxic propylene glycol derivative and maintains complete separation of the automotive coolant. I have been in -12 degree weather in southern Wyoming while the van is a toasty 72 degrees. This system does use just a tiny bit of gasoline from your gas tank, keep in mind, but only an extremely small fraction.) - 400ah 12V BattleBorn© battery bank (four batteries @ $790/battery) - SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 Charge Controller with Bluetooth connection to monitor and control from your cellphone (50 amp Victron Solar charge controller, 3000 watt) - Victron Multiplus 12/3000/120-50 120v VE Bus - Victron BMV-712 Battery Monitor - Sterling Power Battery to Battery Waterproof Charger 12v input to 12v output (up to 120 amps) (Dual 60 amp sterling DCDC chargers) - sPOD touchscreen light toggle switches - Freshwater and Gray water tank level gauges - Maxxair Deluxe ceiling fan, RV ventilator system - (3) 400 watt solar panels ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Household Amenities and Noteworthy Additions~ *All magnetic privacy shades included in sale, these are important for holding the heat inside the van* -Both driver and passenger seats swivel to open up the living space -Big storage underneath the colorful seatbench -6 large overhead cabinets, two larger pull out drawers underneath quartz kitchen-top, three drawers underneath the overhang of the colorful bench seat.
