Seller's Description

Engine: 5.2L 318CI V8, MPG: 13/15highway Clean Title in hand, no accidents ever. No mechanical issues whatsoever. If the post is up, it is still available. Willing to drive this to the right buyer. 18ft 9inches long from tip to tip, fits in any parking space and drive thru. Interior standing height is 6ft 1inch. This van is PERFECT for off-grid use, full-time use, or for leisure. Has been upgraded with 618ah of lithium power batteries that can be powered by solar, also has a brand new ATS system which means you can also plug in at any campground, park, rv park, even at home, AND the batteries also get charged automatically with the cars alternator. This big guy never runs out of power, you’ve got options 👍🏼 full solar system specs below. Automatic transmission runs strong and drives great, no check engine lights whatsoever and mechanically stunning, especially for a vintage van. The van has all the normal options like power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, AC, AM FM Cassette HI FI radio, Power Port (Cigarette lighter) with bluetooth input and even a built in CB Radio, although i’ve never tried to use it, you can try it out though. Previous owner had the odometer stop at 80k before selling it, car reports show this to be the true reading, as soon as i bought it, i got the odometer fixed and now it’s at 85k The Coach is clean, it will sleep 2-3 (depending on the people), and seat 4 for dinner. There is a water system including fresh(13gallon), grey (13 gallon) and black water tanks (21 gallon), 12v water pump, for the kitchen sink and toilet. There is no shower or water heater. The kitchen also has a 3 way refrigerator (that can run off electric or propane) microwave, 2 burner propane stove and hood vent over the stove with fan and light. The propane tank is mounted on the drivers side and it can hold 10 gallons of propane. Lots of cupboards and storage as well. During my time with this van, i did remove the stock toilet, flushed and cleaned the black tank and inserted an Oatey 33402 Mechanical Test Plug, built a small platform and topped it off with a Natures Head Composting Toilet ($1100) so you have the option of keeping the composting toilet, or removing it and putting in an rv toilet, your choice and preference 👍🏼 There is a brand new Fridgidare built in AC unit that comes with a remote control for it and still under warranty, a roof vent with fan and cover, a thermostatically controlled propane furnace, The Window curtains are stock and in very good condition for being 30 years old and the windows have screens as well. I added a butcher block table behind the drivers seat, the legs are adjustable and from Ikea. this table can be removed as well, it is held in place by wall mounts. The cabinet behind the passenger seat was designed by me and made by a carpenter here in LA, on one side these is a slide out trash/recycle area by Simple Human, a great company that sells quality houseware. These is a drawer above the trash area where i used to keep the trash bags and miscellaneous things. Besides the trash area is a 3 tier shelve area for anything, i used to keep shoes there and fit in 12 pairs easily, including boots, skates, heel etc, it’s a very spacious area and opens up 2 different ways for easy storage access. The body looks fantastic and is almost rust free, there is a small rust spot on the drivers side, as shown in photos. All 5 tires (spare back tire is full sized) are about 5k miles old and it runs and drives PERFECT. While in my care, this car has been mechanically maintained meticulously by my mechanic. We have put in a brand new Duralast Gold Alternator, V-Belt, brand new power lines from the battery throughout the vehicle, and and entire front brake job which included brand new: brake lines, calipers, pistons, master cylinder, brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid. Brand new solar system: -80 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller -125VDC MidNight Panel Mount Breaker -300Amp Class T Fuse -12V 3000W Continuous 6000W Surge Peak Power Pure Sine Wave Inverter -3 12V 206ah lithium SOK batteries, wired to stay as a 12v system. (these run at $1050 each and are currently always sold out, best lithium batteries on the market for safety and power, research them!) -3 100W Renogy Flexible Solar Panels. Van will come with some extras such as 1 block of coconut coir for the composting toilet, Simple Human trash bags, a brand new digital multimeter for your solar system, an RV/truck/large van bluetooth backup camera and screen that has not been installed and is still brand new in its box (exact model: AMTIFO RV Backup Camera Wireless HD 1080P Trailer Bluetooth Rear View Cam System Touch Key 7'' DVR Monitor Split Screen 4 Channels for Truck Camper Adapter for Furrion Pre-Wired for easy installation, very highly rated on amazon), black tank cleaner, lavender scented porta pak tank deodorizer that i’d use in the liquids portion of the composting toilet, a small portable handheld broom and dustpan, Reflectix molds for most of the windows insulation, double sided velcro tape, and all original manuel’s for the roadtrek vehicle and appliances :) Cons: The interior paint job could be touched up, as well as the paint edges cleaned. Inside of cupboard could use a paint touch up as well. Also, the fuel gauge is wacky, it settles down at about the last 1/4th tank. Please let me know of any and all questions.
