Seller's Description

VIN: 3C6URVJG6EE109522 Mileage: 112,000 *IF THIS LISTING IS ACTIVE, THE VAN IS AVAILABLE!* If you are ready to make your van life dreams a reality, you have come to the right place! My self-converted home on wheels is in need of a great new owner. This van took me over a year to design and build and has everything you need to travel full time across the US and live very comfortably. This build is extremely sturdy and designed to withstand heavy use over the long term. Every inch of space has its purpose and two people can easily live in this. This van is the sought after 3500 extended, so this is the biggest Promaster you can get. Despite this, it still fits perfectly into a regular parking spot. I have kept up on all of the recommended service, which is why this van still runs like the day I bought it. You can look forward to many more adventures in this rig! The only issues are that the rear camera cuts in/out (looking into this) and the tires are nearing the end of their lifespan. Please let me know if you’d like to schedule a showing or have any questions (FAQ below)! I have a full list of features available upon request. Text is the fastest way to reach me. FAQ: 1. Is it available? YES, the van is available! 2. Is there a bathroom? There is no bathroom. I used a portable composting toilet. 3. Is there a shower? There is no indoor shower. However, the faucet reaches outside the van to shower outdoors. 4. How is gas mileage? The van gets approximately 16-20 MPG fuel economy. 5. How big is the bed? The bed is a queen width and slightly shorter than a queen in length. 6. What do you do for heat? I used the vans heavy duty insulation and the main cabin heat 95% of the time. On rare occasions I used an Olympia Wave 3 radiant heater as well. 7. How tall is it inside? The van is approximately 73” inside. I am over 6’ tall and can stand/walk around normally. 8. Does this van do well in the snow? I used this van primarily for snowboarding and took it out on snowy mountain roads on a daily basis. With the right tires, this van does amazing. It always got me where I needed to go - I did use chains a couple times which made it unstoppable.
