Seller's Description
This is a 4-season-ready campervan that was designed for long-term travel. The Van: Single Owner, Clean Title in Hand 84,XXX Miles - All Highway, Has never been a daily driver Professionally maintained by Christopher Dodge in Golden, Colo. New windshield Newer Falken Wildpeak A/T3W tires Seats have been covered since purchase in 2018. They look brand new. Seat covers included Professionally installed hitch with 2-inch reciever Professionally installed tinted rear windows and tinted “pop-out” style window on the sliding door Rear ladder for roof access Headliner storage package Upgraded alternator for faster and more efficient leisure battery charging Professionally added rear captains chair (attaches to L-Track and is completely removable) Passenger side swivel captains chair Weathertech custom window covers included for front windows and windshield Hand-made blackout curtains for rear and side windows Aftermarket roof rack cross bars The Buildout: The entire build utilizes “L-Track”. Rather than using self-tapping screws to secure everything to the van, the L-Track is secured to the van and the build is secured to the L-Track. These large vans flex quite a bit and this allows the build to flex with the van which is VERY important for the longevity of the build. This also allows for easy removal and rearranging of the interior build without damage to the van if you so choose. This is the same system that Adventure Wagon uses This is an eco-friendly build and we used only non-off-gasing / low VOC materials throughout the building process. We did not use any harsh adhesives, paints, or stains Professionally installed electric system powered us while working from the van for four years 320 Watts of solar (Renogy 320 Watt Monocrystalline Panel) Victron Charge Smart Controller Battery Isolator (so the van charges your battery bank while it’s running) 2000 Watt Pure Sine Power Inverter 200 AH Deep Cycle Sealed AGM Battery Bank Webasto EVO 40 Gasoline-powered forced air furnace that draws directly from the vehicles gas tank. We’ve had the high-altitude adjustment made. This heater is a vast improvement over the more popular and less expensive Air Top 2000 STC that you see in many builds. The 2000 STC is not designed to run over 5000ft even with the high altitude adjustment. The EVO 40 is a powerhouse that kept us warm in -30F winters in the Canadian Rockies. Fantastic Vent Fan to keep you cool Extremely durable coin-dot flooring throughout 12volt Truck Fridge brand refrigerator Custom hand-built cabinetry made from “wormy” maple and strained with tung oil Purple heart countertop Walls and insulation built with a vapor barrier to mitigate moisture issues Reflectix radiant heat barrier behind walls helps keep heat out 3M Thinsulate insulation (Best on the market for moisture management) throughout the entire build. Sound deadening material is used behind walls to ensure a quiet nights sleep even in loud environments. Simple, yet easy to maintain sink and faucet with 12v pump and accumulator tank.
