The storage compartments and bed are made out of 3/4" Poplar. Each of the four drawers are held secure while driving with a Red Oak latch. The walls, doors, and ceiling are fastened with 1/4" wood paneling over a combination of foam board, batt, and spray foam insulation. Position the seats forward to enter sleep mode and then prop up the mattress, fold the hinge, and slide the seats back for drive mode.
