Colorado Van Damn! Completely converted van with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Professional components with a quality build in a solid Mercedes-Benz 250 144 high roof. The Van has zero issues and runs fantastic and the build has been flawless. With a V6 turbo diesel the van has tons for power that comes in handy when going over mountain passes or passing vehicles on the highway. It comes with two sets of tires: Michelin defenders for the summer and Blizzak’s for the winter. Tow package with a receiver and hitch. Crew model Sprinter that come with side and rear windows that are great to have while driving, and custom magnetic blackout / insulating window covers for when you want privacy. I also added a t-vent window on the driver side that comes in handy for ventilation. I love the color too! it is Stone grey and isn’t your standard boring white van. It has a clear windshield, bright headlights, cruise control, a driver comfort package, back up camera, and again no mechanical issues ever! The Build All the components of this build are from the VanSmith. These guys are amazing and build beautiful vans! I am a friend of them and helped out with a new program they are doing for DIY folks. They provided the components and I put it all together. The cabinets, bed frame, and wall panels are all from them! VanSmith vans are some of the most elegant vans on the market and are built to last. Functional and durable with intention behind the design. So, the overview of the build: lament floors, Thinsulate insulation, fabric wrapped wall panels, professional welded bed frame, Baltic birch bed platform, queen short size bed, Dometic fridge, Vansmith galley with a butcher block counter top, a beautiful deep Ruvati sink, 10 gal fresh water that is easy to refill, Sirocco wall fan, Camp Chef propane stove (not having a dedicated cooktop was intentional as it gives you more counter space and you can take the stove out of the van to cook when you want too) , 8’ upper cabinets, Max Air fan, reading lamps that are dimable and have a night light as well as usb for charging, dimable ceiling lights and under cabinet lights, extra usb 12v charger, Webasto Diesel heater (this thing is amazing!!! Keeps you nice and warm even on the coldest days!! The heater may be my favorite component to the build). The electrical system. All built by an electrician! Soldered wiring harnesses for everything. New AGM battery, charged when you are driving or by the 2 solar panels on the roof to the Renogy solar system. Some other features: bench seat and under bench storage, both captain chairs swivel around making it comfortable to entertain 4 – 5 in the van! Custom foot rests/ shoe storage, VanWife ( yes VanWife these folks are awesome!) made blackout curtains that magnet together, as well as solid metal VanWife upper storage area. Mercedes window rain covers ( good for additional ventilation just crack the windows when it’s raining without worrying about getting wet), Mercedes floor matts, and seat covers.
