Seller's Description

I'm selling my home of two years. It's served me very well but my current life circumstances require me to settle down a bit more than the van life allows. It's a Freightliner Sprinter 2500 144". I'll let the photos do the talking as far as the conversion is concerned. I'm asking $20,000 or best offer. The only thing I would mention is the 3 deep cycle marine batteries I use for my battery bank are 4 years old at this point and will probably need replaced within the next year. This can be done for around $400, or more if you choose to upgrade the batteries. All construction and amenities are still sound and working as well as the day they were installed. The van has around 136,500 miles on it, I purchased it at 108k. It's registered and I have the title. The exterior is a little rough cosmetically. There's some fading to the finish, shadowing from old decals I removed, and areas I've repaired rust that leaves the paint job uneven. There is some rust in the usual areas for these vans but I've stopped and prevented a lot of it. Mechanically it is very sound. I've kept up on all maintenance (oil changes, fuel and air filters, glow plugs.) and have been proactive in many areas. The DPF has been removed and deleted. No DEF. The engine also has a tune with a bit of a performance upgrade as a result of this. I average about 18-19 MPG highway. Shocks, brake pads & rotors (front and rear); tie rods, lower control arms, ball joints, and various rubber bushings, turbo pressure sensor and cabin blower motor have been replaced in the last 5-10k miles. The tires have about 25% tread left of what I would feel comfortable driving. In addition I've added a new radio in the cab. I have most of the service records, and amenities manuals. I would be happy to answer any questions regarding the construction, amenities, other inquires or provide more photo's.
