I purchased my NV3500 brand new in March 2018. Van has 5.6 V8 with 7 speed automatic, every factory option excluding leather seats and front parking detectors. Tinted windows, dash carpet for uv protection, professionally made to fit 5/16" thick insulated windshield and front window shade. Stock infotainment system with steering controls, Bluetooth, navigation, reverse camera and Sirius Xm radio  with pioneer speakers, amp and 8" sub. Huge lockable center console with charging port inside. Prodigy trailer brake controller, Pedal Commander tuner and Flowmaster 50 series muffler with H pipe. Moderate smooth sound and zero resination inside. 100% Custom built interior. All walls, doors, ceiling and floor are insulated with R15. Vinyl flooring, all wood is marine grade Baltic birch plywood painted with original interior color matched latex paint. Auxiliary 12v circuit with 8 fuse panel powering 12v refrigerator, all interior LED lighting, rooftop exhaust fan, multiple charging ports for cameras, laptops, tablets, cellphones, 12v water pump which feeds from a 30 gallon fresh water tank supplying tankless propane water heater. 9 gal propane tank poweres water heater and Olympic Wave 3 space heater. Plenty of storage and bed is easily stowed or removed if needed for large cargo. Exterior has 1000cA / 130Ah deep cycle batteries, 3" strut spacer and 2" block with monroe shocks. Ironman AT 385/70 R17s, towing mirrors, reverse camera and rear parking detectors. Low miles, very well maintained and zero issues. Ive religiously changed the oil and filter every 5,000 miles with Valvoline full synthetic. I always change the air filter and use Lucas injector cleaner every 12,000 miles. Still under full 5 year 100k warranty. I purchased brand new in March of 2018. I debated a 4x4 conversion with Nissan genuine parts, but with the small lift and 33" tires Ive never had any problems camping in the Desert, Pismo or Mountains. Very clean and hard to find in this configuration, condition, low mileage  and build/ material quality. Its not perfect though, it has a few small scratches and dents.
