Seller's Description

For sale: 1995 Eurovan camper (modified) with manual transmission and 5 cylinder gas engine. I am the third owner and the van has 92,175 miles as of this posting. Most of the miles were driven by the original owner. I have modified the stock Winnebago camper conversion in a few ways to reduce the weight of the vehicle including replacing the very heavy rear folding bench seat with a DIY slideout bed (see photo). I also removed the exterior propane tank and added a propane fitting to allow use of propane bottles and replaced the huge water tank with a 5 gallon container and manual foot valve (electric water pump included with vehicle. I replaced the fridge with drawers BUT I have a really good Dometic fridge that I will include with the sale. The pop-top fabric is in decent shape with no rips or tears but some staining. I have all maintenance records and the following major work/maintenance has been done: Very recently, I replaced the shift linkage and vacuum lines. At about 90,000, I replaced the clutch slave and master cylinders. At about 89,500 miles, the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, idler pulley, cam seal, crank seal, and O2 sensor were replaced by a VW repair shop in Tucson. This was done as part of routine vehicle maintenance. The exhaust system was replaced at about 89,000 miles by previous owner (PO). The clutch was replaced at about 78,000 mile by PO. Tires were replaced at about 88,000 miles and are in great condition. All other routine maintenance work was done according to schedule and I have all receipts to prove it. The vehicle drives extremely well with plenty of power. The vehicle is not rust free (see photo) and does have some dings and dents (see photo) commensurate with a 26 year old vehicle. This vehicle is ready to be driven and camped in "as is". I have many parts for further modifications to the camper including 105 Ah AGM battery, water pump, solar charge controller, fuse box, etc.
