For sale is our 2018 Gulf Strem B Touring Cruiser 5210. Sitting on a Ford E350 Superduty with only 35,537 miles. At only 21ft 6in long it is very easy for anyone to drive and can fit into a normal size parking spot. (THIS IS THE SAME SIZE AS A LWB EXT MERCEDES SPRINTER VAN) The RV has everything you need to travel including refridgerator, microwave, stove, oven, air conditioning, heater, running water, electrical outlets, toilet, and shower. It has a Cummins Onan 4000 generator with 882.0 hours. This generator has been well maintained and starts right up every time. There is a 10 gallon propane tank which can be used for the stove/oven, heating the unit in cold weather, and to power the refridgerator. It has a 40 gallon fresh water tank, 20 gallon grey tank, and 20 gallon black tank. A new water pump was installed in April of 2022. Everything in the RV is in working order and ready to hit the road. We have made some changes on the inside of the RV to be more appealing, functional and not look like the average RV. All the changes made are cosmetic and NO electrical or plumbing was touched. It is a must see that will comfortably sleep 2 with plently of floor space.
