I bought this reliable beauty in August 2019 from the original conversion builder. After 3 years of joyful adventuring, I'm selling it to raise money for a remodeling project. It has many new parts (3 new 105Ah house batteries, new vehicle battery, new window covers, etc) and in June 2022 had complete servicing, oil change, etc. CONVERSION FEATURES The fully-insulated and sound-deadened living area features a country cabin vibe with cedar tongue-in-groove paneling and four large birch cabinets for abundant overhead storage. Additional storage available from two soft-close locking drawers and two large lower cabinets that feature roll-out racks, plus lots of cargo space. Electrical system: Solar system powers two banks of LED lighting, ceiling fan, heater, fridge, etc. Power bank: Three BRAND NEW 105Ah house batteries for 315Ah total, are charged by 360w (total) of monocrystalline solar panels as well as the vehicle's alternator via Blue Sea ACR connected to van battery. 2000w Xantrex PROwatt Pure Sine Wave Inverter provides 110v power when needed. Comfort systems: Cooling: Excellent 3-speed, bi-directional ceiling vent fan has a temperature sensor that turns the fan off when the cabin is cooled to your desired temp, and kicks it back on again when the living space temperature exceeds your pre-set. Heating: Automatic, customizable heating is provided by an Eberspacher Airtronic D2 diesel-fueled heater, controlled by an EasyStart Select electronic temperature control system. Set the controls to automatically turn on the heater on at your desired low-temp setting and turn off when the cabin temp reaches your preferred warmth. Excellent for cold-weather camping. Kitchen: Kitchen countertop is made from solid butcher block, which can be re-sanded as needed to remove any stains, knife gouges or surface damage. The kitchen space is offset by an attractive tile backsplash. The under-mount sink features a Delta faucet w/ electric pump, fed by a 17 gallon freshwater tank. Refrigeration provided by workhorse 30 liter 12v Fridge that includes a top-notch freezer compartment that actually keeps ice cream frozen! FlameKing 2-burner propane stove comes with a 1 gallon propane tank and also includes an adapter that enables connecting standard 16 oz propane canisters in a pinch. Customizable bed options: This van features an ultra-comfortable, adjustable bed. The bed platform can be converted from single-person configuration to create massive cargo space to carry your boards, kayaks, etc, to full-size platform with memory foam mattress.
