Seller's Description
This van has been a year long labor of love to build! I bought the van with the intention of doing a conversion and I am so proud of it. The build began with gutting the old interior. Originally it was a Mark iii van. When I bought it, the rear seats were removed but it was otherwise original. Once it was gutted and the interior recycled, the floor was primed and painted. The subfloor is 1/2 inch plywood insulated by 1/2 inch polyisocyanurate foam. The walls and ceiling are insulated with a combination of Reflectix and Havelock wool. The shiplap sidewalls were framed out with 2x2" studs. There is a kitchen sink supplied by a 1 gpm pump operated by a pressure switch and a fridge/freezer cooler as well. The van has a 5 gallon clean water and 5 gallon gray water tank as well as a portable toilet! There are 6 dimmable LED puck lights in the ceiling and an additional 2 reading lights near the head of the bed (with USB ports for your phone). The mattress is a 4 inch high density foam and is fully modular to be used for bench seating. The big side windows have drop down shades and there is a curtain rod installed around the cab of the van for privacy. The 240w solar panel supplies all loads in full sun as well as charging the 100 ah battery. The entire vehicle has been sanded, primed and repainted with Raptor Liner in a smooth texture. It's a urethane coating but is not rough like bedliner is. There is only one known issue with the van and that is the broken window on the passenger side all the way in the back which I am working to get repaired in the near future. VIN - 2B6HB11Y8XK565438
