Got one offer so far, for $22,000, from a party who planned to re-sell it. Waiting for a better offer. It's worth $29,899 to me to continue using it for day trips to a local marina where I can make coffee, watch boats and noodle around on my laptop. In the meantime -- this is someone's mobile extended stay motel. Or even live in it while working nights somewhere, sleeping during the day in a park, waking up and making coffee whenever you feel like it, deciding what to do with the rest of the day. It's good to go at the drop of a map, at 10-15mpg. It's a two-owner vehicle with service records all the way back to 1995. Manuals are included. We enjoyed her for five years, but we’re both getting too old for camping. With the top up there is 6' 6" headroom; when it's down it fits nicely in a garage and in automatic car washes. The passenger seat swivels to face the rear, making the space feel like a room. The two burner stove and heater run on included propane. Fridge runs on propane or battery. Fan above sink. Three tables. Porta potty lives in rear cabinet, looks like hassock when covered. Hanging closet. Privacy curtains all around. Windows screened for cross-ventilation, even more when roof is up. Pull-down shades for two levels of darkness. Thermostat and carbon monoxide gauges on wall. Lights everywhere, auxiliary battery, and inverter. Couches convert to bed, plus another bed as an upper berth. There’s a hydraulic jack, jumper cables, and 110V cable under seat, and a triangle kit for emergencies behind driver’s seat. Full disclosure: the cruise control is not working, and there’s a small ding at right rear which might be buffed out.
