Seller's Description

I converted this van about a year ago and have been living in it full time since! I’ve visited national parks, dispersed camped, and slept in parking lots in this and loved every second of it. It’s a medium roof and even with the floor installed I can stand easily in it ( I’m 5’6”). Can go through most drive-thrus although sometimes parking garages are too low for it. Runs great and have never had a problem with it. Was in perfect shape mechanically when I bought it and still is. The only cosmetic issue is a dent on the sliding door that is somewhat noticeable but the door still works perfectly. Also got all new tires recently so you should be set for a while there! Has a queen size bed installed with quite a bit of storage space underneath. I keep nearly everything I own under there with no space issues. MaxxFan Deluxe with rain sensor installed on the roof. I hook it up to my Jackery and it runs great, makes a big difference on hot nights. Sink- simple foot pump sink that has worked perfectly for me, the basin is very large and I’ve even washed my hair in it before in a pinch. Under the sink is a 5 gallon jug of clean water and a large bucket where the grey water runs into and I then dump it. Fully insulated with Thinsulate Cedar Wood panels on walls Floor is Plywood with vinyl covering Admittedly the inside of the van build is not the most “aesthetic,” but has been perfectly comfortable and live-able for me. If you are looking for a more “luxurious” van build you could certainly pick up where I left off, or even rip everything out and start from a clean slate. Everything should be somewhat easily removable other than the installed vent fan. More photos/videos on request, price is negotiable.
