Seller's Description
I have a 2019 Promaster for sale that is 3/4's built out. It has 2 100W solar panels, 2 batteries, an inverter, roof fan, lights, a beautiful Fiamma awning, USB chargers, a super comfortable 8" memory foam bed, a fold down table, a DC refrigerator/cooler, a 26 gallon water tank and pump, various storage areas and shelves, and is fully insulated in the doors, floor, walls, and ceilings. There is a propane instantaneous water heater/shower included that can be mounted on one of the rear doors. I have upgraded the rims and tires to aluminum performance rims with BF Goodrich TA's that have about 20K miles on them... still plenty of life. The walls that are complete are built of 1/4" maple plywood and Eastern White Pine which have been painted in cream and green. The ceiling is 1x6 tongue and groove pine that so far has been left natural (I like the warmth it adds to the look of the interior.) When I say the van is 3/4's built all that is left is the "easy" stuff. All the wiring, solar, insulation, and more complicated aspects of the build are complete. At the writing of this post what remains is to pick flooring (there is 1/2" plywood installed over 1" of foam insulation) and install it, and to finish some of the panelling and trim on the passenger side of the van. The bed is complete, there are various shelves and cubbies already built in, and the roof fan and side sliding window are installed. I'm a very experienced woodworker/carpenter/contractor, so the work that is in place is professionally done. My wife and I took the van all over the country last August/September with no inconveniences at all... the only work that needs completion is cosmetic. If someone is interested in the van, and would like me to complete the work that is an option. I'm busy these days, but I can try to fit it in. I am selling this van for one reason only... we've moved back to VT, are deep into a couple house-build projects, and I really need a 4WD pick up rather than a front wheel drive van. I will very much hate to see it go, but.... life. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and I'm happy to send along more pics. I use the van as a daily driver, so I just need to clean it of tools and gear to be able to present a full set of interior shots. (I know I should have done this by now, it's really just a "busy builder procrastinating" kind of deal!) Thanks for checking out my van... I hope to hear from you.
