We recently drove her frm LA to Washington and back and would take her cross country any day. There’s plenty of solar already installed and a charge controller that can fill up the batteries even if it’s rainy or cloudy. Currently, under the bed has a heap of storage. The two cushy front seats swivel around to face the back living area. The velvet-like interior walls and matching curtains block outside sound and insulate you in coziness. The interior is soft, cozy and inviting and feels like home whether you’re on the road or on a forest mountain top. The V8 5.0 engine and higher road clearance allows you to travel to places where SUVs can, getting you to premium campsites in nature with the most incredible views. MECHANICAL // Transmission rebuilt, new power steering pump and hoses, new alternator, new fuel filter, new fuel pump, new throttle body and throttle body injectors (a lot of work on the fuel line has been done, so the mpg is higher than average now at 15-20pg), new vacuum lines, new distributor, new catalytic converter, new tail lights, new idle control valve, new EGR valve, new spark plugs (copper anode), new battery and battery connectors, new driver side window motor, new air filter, AC system rebuilt, new compressor and AC resistor, refrigerant converted to r134a, new speakers, tires have 3/32 an 4/32. Undercarriage has a rust protective coating, oil changed 2 months ago and passed smog 2 months ago as well. There are a few hairline scratches on the sides and one small dent on the right rear. The roof had minor rust which has been removed and repaired and the hood and roof have been repainted from fading so the color is not an exact match but very close. The windshield has a crack in it that came with the vehicle when we purchased it 4 years ago, yet it hasn’t moved so we never replaced it. The front seats have had some patches sewn with embroidery floss that color match the seats and blend right in. The front bumper is lightly bent. The door pulls have also been replaced with bespoke wood and leather handles. Majority of the main wood trim pieces have been refinished and restored and a custom pop up wood table has been installed, great for making coffee as you enjoy your sunrise view during your travels. Mattress is brand new! We’re including the lifted wood bed frame (which gives you a lot of under bed storage), new mattress, all bedding included in the photos (if you want it), rug, and LED lights and dimmer that use very little solar battery energy. In the winter we had an electric blanket to keep warm and cozy that ran off the solar and used a fan in the summer.
