Seller's Description
Year 2000 Astrovan with 198700 miles. Runs really well and just replaced the battery and the fuel pump/sensor. 200000 spark plugs have also been replaced. I got some work done to the front end last year to manage oil leaks. May still leak a little because its old but its not an issue. Newly replaced rotors and brake pads. It has a crack along the bottom of the windshield that doesn’t affect vision. Van has a 2.5” lift and all terrain tires which makes it an absolute weapon for adventure. Conversion includes a twin size futon/bed that can be easily changed from bed to couch. Good kitchen setup with two stovetop burners connected to a propane tank. A sink and a tap connected to 2 water tanks (1 clean water and 1 for sink drainage). Lots of storage under the bed for kitchen supplies and extras like camping gear. Could easily add a roof rack if you needed more storage. It has a really good solar panel setup, Solar panel collects a ton of power and has multiple outlets for various uses. Van comes with a portable charger that can connect the solar battery to the car battery if the car ever needs recharging. Lights inside the van and the ignition to the stove also run off the solar battery. It also has tinted windows and insulation that can be put in the windows for temp control. I like this better than conventional insulation because there’s no threat of mould. I’ll also include my propane heater and some black drapes to better manage temperature and lighting. The ABS/brake light comes on periodically it but it’s a fault code that happens in Astros due to some grounding issue. Service AWD light comes on which may point to the rotor issue but I’ve ran multiple sensor screens on the cpu and nothing comes up. Let me know if you have any further questions or want to come and see it. It’s an awesome van and its been well taken care of but I want to upgrade to something bigger and younger that I can take on longer trips.
