Records of all mechanical work available upon request. -Fully insulated with sound barrier. -Built with unique vintage barn wood. -Solar system that runs fan/ lights and fridge with with 2 12v 12 ah Dakota lithium batteries,2 solar panels with 2000w inverter. -Camp chef stove/ oven with 3.5 gallon propane tank -Dometic CFX3 95DZ top loading dometic fridge/ freezer. -12V maxx fan with rain guard -mini sink with fresh water/grey water system and usb pump. -Custom carhartt seat covers included. -Storage garage under bed that can fit bike/ snowboards etc. -Width is 5’5” however has bed extender to make bed over 6”.
