ACCEPTING OFFERS - I do not offer financing - Will let go for cheaper if you're willing to have it towed/moved away. The bus is not currently running but should be able to with a little work. It is currently at a mechanic. It will have to be moved/towed. Great skoolie with work done by professional renovators. It does need paint and could use some other work depending on the new owners intentions. The bus is ready to go as is and is great for camping and living (in the right climate). Below you will find all the work that I've copied and pasted from the renovators invoice. The bus is older but is pretty solid mechanically. It has had maintenance work done on it but has sat for about a year. I do have that maintenance record and can provide it upon request. The bus has new tires with less than 1,000mi on them. Flooring Installed floor structure and providing insulation. Installed waterproof flooring. Kitchen Lower Cabinets Fabricated and installed lower kitchen cabinets. Painted cabinets. Provided and installed Whynter FMC-350XP 34 Qt. portable refrigerator/freezer. Provided and installed 2 burner gas stove. Installed sink. Installed kitchen faucet. Fabricated and installed heat protector for 2 burner stove. Upper Cabinets Fabricated and installed 10’ of upper cabinets. Painted upper cabinets. Cabinets Under Couch Fabricated and installed cabinets under couch. Painted Cabinets Bed Frame Fabricated and installed the bed frame Painted the bed frame. Obtained and installed 14gal grey tank. Obtained and installed 14gal fresh water tank. Obtained and installed water pump Propane Plumbing Built LP gas tank holder. Obtained and installed a 20lb LP gas tank Plumed for LP gas. Water Heater Obtained and installed tankless water heater. Plumed gas exhaust and vent. Co 2 Detector Obtained and installed Co2 detector. Lighting Obtained and installed 5 recessed lights under upper cabinets. Fabricated and installed bus light fixtures on left wall of bus. Obtained and installed access light under bed. Electrical Provided 30 amp service throughout the bus. Provided and installed a breaker box, one 30 amp main breaker, one 20 amp converter breaker, and two 15 amp breakers to provide 110v to 4 receptacles (and USB charging plugs) throughout the bus. Installed a 30 amp receptacle on the side of the bus and provided a 30 amp extension cord. Provided protective Romex wiring to all 110v outlets. Obtained and installed power converter to convert 110v to 12v Plumbing Plumed in an outside shower kit. Plumed in a City water and gravity inlet. Plumed both tanks, water heater and kitchen sink. Misc. Installed couch bedding and deep cycle battery.
