My husband and I are the third owners of this van and the conversion is brand new. We've had it for almost two years and by the time we got the conversion done in May of 2022, we decided van life is not for us. The van is in great condition with low mileage. Includes: -100% wool insulation -2 12V 120AH AGM Deep Cycle Group 31 batteries -2 200 Watt 12 Solar Panels -AIMS 1000 Watt, 2000 Watt Peak Pure Sine DC to AC Power Inverter -Fresh and grey water tanks -Water heater -Electric pump -Custom built center console -Wood paneling -Buddy Heater -Very little rust -Fresh oil change -Coolant, power steering, brake, transmission flush -New distributor -New O2 sensor -New throttle position sensor -New map sensor -New EGR valve control solenoid -State inspection done last November Things to note: -No headliner -Only cab AC -Some dents and scrapes -MaxxAir Fan not working - still opens to ventilate, but fan doesn’t spin. The power is working, but we think it either needs a new circuit board or button panel. -Mattress not included -Van has a somewhat rough idle when in a stopped position, but drives smoothly. We have taken it on a couple road trips to and from North Carolina and it worked great. -Current radio is broken but we have a new radio you can install
