Clean title // New transmission, all-terrain tires, brakes, and alignment // Unique Build The skylights and build design are definitely what make living in this thing a dream. With 6'8" of standing room, the van also features a living plant wall, inlayed wooden mountains, a guitar wall mount, chalk board, spice rack, and a mirror hidden behind a hinged picture frame. To conserve living space, a sizable butcher block table pulls out to eat & work on, as well as the bed extends to 76" long (about a twin wide). With the extended van, extended roof, and the garage style layout there's a bunch of storage in the main cab and in the trunk. It just passed smog, and I had the oil changed (as well as a new air filter and oil filter). Although older, I've put a lot of money into mechanical repairs on the van ~ those are listed below. Repairs: | New transmission with 3 year unlimited mile warranty | Rebuilt the rear differential 500 miles ago | Just replaced the brakes and rotors | New BFG Ko2's (all-terrain tires) w/ only 1,500 miles on them | New upper ball joints, and an alignment done 1,500 miles ago | New fenders, mirrors, headlights, radiator, oil pump (~1.5 year ago) Technical build specs: | 45L Alpicool fridge (LG compressor) | 2 Burner propane stove from Dometic (safely mounted in a gas proof box w/ drop vents, and a gas monitor) | 12 gals fresh water, 6 gal gray. 3 GPM Shurflo pump | Apple/Android CarPlay system with backup cam | 1 Maxxair fan | Reflectix insulation for the skylights to regulate temps (stored under the bed) | Dimmable lights above the kitchen and dimmable LED strips above the bed | 1 AC outlet, 2 locations for USB charging | Electrical: 175W solar, and B2B charging into a 250 Ahr system. 1000W inverter The van is in really good working condition, but there are a few things to consider: | AC doesn't work | Many minor paint chips, dents, and scratches on the exterior | All mechanical door locks and windows | The engine burns oil so you have to check that occasionally | The roof/skylight needs to be cleaned about once a month (or however much desired) | The skylight can produce a lot of condensation in the colder months (just have to wipe it down in the mornings) | Butcher block table pulls out, but it's not the smoothest. Rest of the drawers and cabinets all work great. I think that's pretty much it. This rig really is a one of a kind van that made life on the road pretty sweet. Hoping it finds new good hands!
