Seller's Description

My wife and I purchased this van in 2020 and converted it into a camper and we lived in it for a year and a half. It's custom-built for living in, and this thing has a TON of storage space. We lived in it through 2 winters and stayed warm with the diesel heater. My wife LOVED having all the windows. The bottom third of the bed is expandable to allow for bench seats and a table (see pictures). It also has a super overkill 3 cartridge water filter that filters all water that goes into the system. We have filled up all sorts of places with it and always had fantastic drinking water. This is titled as a Motorhome. (Much cheaper for insurance) It has had all major T1N maintenance done including brakes (rotors and pads), harmonic balancer, 4/5 injectors (one was still good) etc. One glow plug did break off and needs to be removed. Luckily it broke off below the hex so it only needs to have threads tapped and then pulled out. We've been driving around with it stuck for 20,000 miles waiting for it to pop loose, but it has yet to and we've had no problems. The other 4 work great. The body has minimal rust for the most part, especially compared to most t1n's kicking around. We did some spot rust treatment by sanding and touch-up painting about a year and a half ago. If we were to own it longer we would reupholster the ripped seats, replace the shocks, and finish painting the "garage" under bed storage area. Though nice seat covers could do wonders. NEVER RUN OUT OF ELECTRICITY: This has alternator, solar, and shore charging. It also has a Bosch hot water heater, and a diesel air heater that both work great. Here is the build list: Electric: -410 Watts Newpowa Monocrystalline solar panels -400 AH Renogy Sealed Lead Acid Batteries -20 AMP Renogy DC-DC Alternator Charger -2000W Renogy Pure Sine wave Inverter -40 Amp Renogy MTTP Solar Charge controller -Victron bmv-712 Battery Monitor -Shore Charging and a Shore-powered power strip for running water heater, etc. -5 gallon Bosch Hot water heater -5 KW Diesel Heater -Hidden valuables Safe -passenger swivel seat -Pull out drawer garage space -30 gallon water tank -7 Gallon grey water tank -5301k Maxxair Maxxfan -Havelock wool/polyiso foam board/spray foam hybrid insulation -reflectix window covers -Propane Stove -12V Vitrifigo 1.8 Cu. Ft Compressor Refrigerator -Custom cabinetry and pantry. -collapsible queen-size bed Contact me with any questions. I'm sure I forgot some things, but this is live-in/road trip ready. We drove it all around the country and it is very reliable.
